Not yet. Today you copy each reply and paste it into Google yourself, so nothing goes out without you seeing it. Connecting your Google Business Profile directly is on the way.
Will guests know the reply was drafted?+
Replies are written to sound like you, and you read and edit every one before posting. Saludo never mentions itself.
What about bad reviews?+
Saludo acknowledges the specific problem without arguing and invites the guest to continue the conversation with you directly. Reviews that raise safety, illness or legal issues are flagged for you to answer personally.
